Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

Walked in, looked around and walked out. First there was no chocolate yogurt. That should be a staple for a yogurt place, always available. Took a look at the toppings area and it just was too exposed and messy looking which just made me feel it was unhealthy. Also felt there wasnt much of a selection for toppings. My guest and I decided to leave and headed back to Yo Fresh.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I am truly so disappointed. I used to love this Menchie’s. I grew up going here almost weekly. Since moving away, I’ve always looked forward to coming back when I’m in town, but every single visit has been more disappointing than the last. There are never any new flavors, constantly empty machines, and many toppings missing. Tonight was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. We came in at 8:30 PM, and they don’t close until 10:00 PM. The vanilla frozen yogurt was completely gone, we asked an employee if it could be refilled. She told us they had to clean the machine that night, so they weren’t able to make any more. There were multiple other flavors that were empty. The topping bar was just as bad, no M&M’s, no strawberries, and several other toppings were missing as well. It honestly looked neglected. The saddest part was watching multiple people walk in, look around, realize how many flavors and toppings were unavailable, and immediately turn around and leave. Good place for Frozen Yogurt. The toppings seemed a little old and stale. The syrup was almost impossible to get out which was disappointing. The chairs are uncomfortable, but that might a company problem. The service was fine, nothing too stellar though. Overall, if you want frozen yogurt with friends, it's a good place. If you are serious about frozen yogurt, there's better.

Was in town for a work event and randomly decided I wanted frozen yogurt lol but I didn’t regret it! The environment is very eccentric, funky and colorful.You can try samples to see what flavors you like and the employee working there was very kind and helpful. They also have a kids area for birthday parties and they make cakes (made of yogurt) that you can buy. Overall, a good experience and I wish I had one closer to me😩 ps: lots of good spots in the plaza to check out!

I love coming to menchie, first time to this location and had a decent experience. The lady at the counter was friendly. I love how menchies gives smaller cups to taste the different flavors before you decide which one you actually want to eat. Always has a lot of flavors and toppings. The price is a bit pricey, $12-$15 for 2 people. Everything is priced by the weight of your yogurt. A lot of seats inside and outside. If you never been here, it’s worth a try.
